Happy is a small tri-color 19 months old Sheltie. He weighs 16 lbs. He is super smart and rings a bell when he needs to go outside. He is very affectionate and loves to cuddle and be petted. He is house, crate and leash trained. He has never had an accident at his foster mom's. He is an energetic dog who loves to play and take walks. He loves his toys and is learning how to play fetch. Happy needs to be an only dog in a home with no children under 12.Happy gets attached to his person and is the happiest when he isn't competing with any other dog or cat for attention.
